Frequently asked questions
1. What is my password for OneTribe® if it is my first time logging in?
If an account has been created for you and this is the first time you are logging in, you will leave the password blank and login. It will then prompt you to enter your new password.
2. How do we add a new user to OneTribe®?
Select the settings ‘gear’ on the left side of the page and select Department -> Select your department -> Select the Users tab -> Select Add User and enter the new user’s information then save.
3. Why can't I scan into Laserfiche?
1. Check to make sure the scanner is plugged in and powered on.
2. Make sure the correct drivers and scanner are selected.
4. How do I refresh my browsers cache?
(Important after an update to the software.)
1. Open the browser that you use (Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc…)
2. Press ctrl + shift + delete to open the delete/clear browsing data window. You only need to check “Temporary Internet files and website files” in IE and “Cached images and files” in Chrome, everything else can be unchecked. In Chrome make sure you set the time to beginning of time.
4. The press delete/clear browsing data.
5. Refresh the page.
